Last week of lecture: cleaning and packing for Ireland!!

Hey, my name is Kaylyn. I am 24 years old and from the United States. I am married to Brady, one of the staffers. I am here because my husband made me come...just kidding. I have had many family and church members do a DTS and tell me how great it is. Then when I met Brady he told me about his DTS and when we got married I knew one day we would be in YWAM together! :) We did not have a teaching this week, seeing as it's our last half of a week in Italy. We spent Monday cleaning the base, it pretty much sparkles now. It's as if we never even lived there! Today we are packing and resting, because tomorrow we fly to Belfast!! Nothing too exciting has been happening this week. We've been stuck indoors because it's raining and then raining some more. I guess God is giving us a taste for what Ireland is going to be like. So, for the rest of this week we are kind of at the mercy of YWAM Ireland. I don't know any plans or set activities, but I am sure it will be an adventure. I know we are all excited for some change of scenery and to experience another culture. I know I am very excited to be going somewhere that English is spoken :), plus they have really sweet accents in Ireland. I really feel like God is blessing our whole team, but for me personally, I feel like God is simply letting me be. He isn't forcing me into stuff I don't want to do, or putting me in awkward situations. He is letting me rest before our outreach. It's been really nice!! I can't wait to see where God leads us or how he plans on using us in Ireland and beyond. Thanks for your prayers and support. Keep looking us up to see where God takes our team. That's all for now. Ciao!! Kaylyn :)
